解决方案
错误提示 1 原因为未开启 SMTP 邮件发送权限
1.在用户–活跃用户处选择需要开启 SMTP 功能账户，在右侧邮件点击管理电子邮件应用。
2.勾选经过身份验证的 SMTP并保存更改。
错误提示 2 为已开启安全默认值
1.使用 E5 管理员账号登录【非 live 邮箱】https://developer.microsoft.com/zh-cn/microsoft-365/profile
2.左侧点击Azure Active Directory进入 Azure Active Directory 管理中心。
3.点击Azure Active Directory–属性找到管理安全默认值关闭并保存。
